Trademark/IP attorneys: The major Intellectual Property law associations, INTA and AIPLA, require membership to search their directories. If signing up is too much of a hassle, try Barnes & Thornburg or Trevor Caudle Law. It shouldn’t be too hard to ask around and find a well-referenced trademark attorney. Make sure you have a clear idea of the costs and timing involved. As always, only work with someone you're comfortable with.
